Jonathan Mounteney Solicitors deliberately distinguish our commercial arrangements from those traditionally adopted in our sector. Working to a fixed-fee wherever possible we offer clients comfort against the greatest fear in the law – uncontrolled costs. We also embrace the principle of commercial risk-sharing in our fees, wherever appropriate. We normally offer project-specific payment terms (i.e. payment only once the whole job is successfully completed). We never issue an account without first discussing and agreeing it with our client.
We offer a referral scheme for clients who introduce us to new clients – the details are attached
