We welcome approaches from solicitors and trainees who share our ethos and might be interested in discussing joining us. Any joiner would be expected quickly to generate a revenue stream equivalent to their wages. We would be looking for people with whom we could work closely, and therefore likely to share common characteristics with those we have described on this site.
In particular we would want to see evidence of
- Experience / track-record in the workplace
- Previous marketing success
- A network in this locality
- Character credentials
